NewAi

Woo chat — ask Woo about your clients

  • Woo chat (left menu → Woo chat): ask things like "What did Bluebird Bakery post last week?" or "Draft three Instagram captions for the autumn menu in their brand voice". Woo looks up your own Postwoo data to answer.
  • Read-only by design: Woo can read clients, posts, reviews and analytics you have access to, but it never publishes, approves, deletes or changes anything.
  • Private: your conversations are yours; teammates don't see them. Each message counts as one AI request on your plan.
  • Needs Woo AI switched on (Settings → Woo AI); if it isn't set up, the chat says so.
NewIntegrations

PeakKR weeks update themselves, and talk to clients on each post

  • PeakKR: connect PeakKR in Settings → PeakKR with your API token. Postwoo then sets the client's week to Sent for approval when a post goes for approval, Drafted when changes are requested, and Posted (with the live link) when it's published. Clients are matched by their website.
  • Client conversations on posts: comments now have a switch — Internal note (team only, as before) or Visible to client. Clients see and reply to the visible thread in their portal and on the approval link page; internal notes never reach them. You get notified when a client writes, and clients get an e-mail when you reply.
NewInbox

This changelog, and Facebook messages that arrive at once

  • Changelog: this page lists every update, newest first. Follow it by RSS, or open it from What's new in the account menu.
  • Faster Facebook inbox: when you connect Facebook, Postwoo subscribes each Page to Meta's webhooks, so new comments and messages show up in the inbox within seconds instead of on the next check. Reconnect Facebook once to turn it on.
NewApprovals

Approval e-mails, Instagram collaborators and analytics by platform

  • Approval e-mails: whoever submitted or wrote a post gets an e-mail when it's approved or sent back with changes — by a teammate, in the client portal or on an approval link — with the note and a link to the post. Turn it off under Settings → Notifications ("Approval decided").
  • Instagram collaborators and tags: in Create post → Instagram options, invite up to 3 collaborators (the post shows on their profile once they accept) and tag up to 20 people. To @mention someone, just type @username in the caption. Pending Instagram's approval.
  • Analytics by platform: a new "By platform" section shows each platform's own numbers side by side (Google Business Profile included), and a platform filter narrows the whole page to one platform.
  • Photos on new tasks: the New task form now takes photos, videos and PDFs straight away — upload or pick from the client's library.
  • Client files: add the client's Google Drive photo folder and the Google Doc you write in; both open from the client's Overview.
  • For PeakKR and other tools: approval webhooks now fire for decisions made in the app too and include the client's PeakKR ID.
  • Fixed: the Tasks page didn't open for about an hour after this update; it loads again.
NewIntegrations

X (Twitter) is here, and Facebook finds all your Pages

  • X (Twitter): schedule text and image posts with alt text to X through the official X API v2. Postwoo counts characters the way X does (links count as 23). Pending X's approval.
  • Facebook Pages in business portfolios: Pages you manage through Meta Business Suite now show up when you connect Facebook.
  • No more blank error page after signing in to a platform: you're sent back to Postwoo with a reference number.
  • Fixed: Facebook connections no longer fail when Facebook sends very long profile-picture links.
ImprovedAdmin

Smoother updates, Admin error log and plan management

  • Smoother updates: when we ship a new version while Postwoo is open, you'll see "Update available — reload". Nothing changes under you until you click it, so pages no longer break mid-update.
  • Admin → Errors (superadmins): the latest errors with their reference numbers, so a "reference abc123" message can be looked up in seconds.
  • Admin → Agencies & plans (superadmins): see every agency's plan and trial, and change a plan or extend a trial by hand. Every change is recorded in that agency's audit log.
  • Connection errors show the reason: a failed connection now shows the platform's message and reference, not just "Server error".
NewVideo

Postwoo Editor — edit videos in your browser

  • Postwoo Editor: trim and arrange clips on a timeline without leaving Postwoo.
  • Export straight from your browser, or let the server render longer videos.
  • Upload music and voice-overs as audio files.
  • The sidebar logo shows again on desktop, and the Home feed uses wide screens properly.
ImprovedIntegrations

Mailgun e-mail, LinkedIn Pages and clearer Google errors

  • E-mail through Mailgun: in Admin → E-mail, choose Mailgun and paste a sending key instead of SMTP details.
  • LinkedIn Pages: company Pages connect through a second LinkedIn app (Community Management API), next to personal profiles. Pending LinkedIn's approval.
  • Google errors in plain words: when Google refuses a request (for example no API access or quota), Postwoo now shows Google's own message and what to do, instead of "Something went wrong".
  • Fixed: "Create client" did nothing for some people; it saves again.
  • Fixed: Google and YouTube connections no longer say "permissions not granted" when everything was granted.
