Terms of service
_Last updated: 17 October 2026. Template prepared for legal review._
1. The service
Postwoo provides social media scheduling, review management and reporting through the official APIs of third-party platforms. Availability of any capability depends on those platforms' APIs, policies and approvals, which can change without notice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secret and for all activity under your workspace. You may add team members and clients and are responsible for the permissions you grant them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Postwoo in compliance with each connected platform's terms and policies, and not to publish unlawful, infringing or deceptive content. We may suspend workspaces that put platform access for other customers at risk.
4. Content and data
You retain all rights to content you publish and data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, transmit to platforms you connect). Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
5. Reporting accuracy
We present platform metrics as the platforms report them and label unavailable or delayed data as such. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page in effect when you subscribe. Trials are free; you can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the paid period.
7. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practical.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to workspace owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
